Introducing our Gosford SDA house! Gosford is our first SDA home, and combines modern sophistication with homely warmth. Right in the heart of the Central Coast, public transport, a main shopping centre and a hospital are all within a 10 minutes drive. 

This home contains a wide-access entry way opening into a fully accessible kitchen, with electric adjustable benches and pull-out storage cabinetry. With gorgeous wood-look floors throughout, the open plan living and dining room allows space for relaxation and entertaining. Open up the sliding doors and let the natural light in with a fully accessible deck, complete with a ramp into the backyard. With extensive windows, the home is filled with an abundance of sunshine all year round. 

The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms all allow for customisation as required, and all areas of the homes are wheelchair accessible. The bathrooms can be altered to meet function requirements, including a twin shower and railings as requested.

With the driveway and carport just outside, it can’t be easier to drive right up to the front door for easy access.

ACCESS AND SECURITY

Our Gosford home is fully accessible, including a covered entertainment area. The home is fitted with provisions for assistive technology to allow easy accessibility.

EMERGENCY SUPPORT

A communication system is installed in the bedroom to contact support workers in the event of an emergency.

CUSTOMISATION

The home has structural provisions for ceiling hoists and is assistive technology ready.

SDA FUNDING

In order to be eligible for this home, you must have SDA funding as part of your NDIS plan. You will also be required to pay a Reasonable Rent Contribution, which is 25% of your Disability Support Pension plus 100% of your Commonwealth Rent Assistance (or equivalent).
