The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms all allow for customisation as required, and all areas of the homes are wheelchair accessible. Our bathrooms can be customised to meet your function requirements, including a twin shower and railings as requested.

SDA FUNDING

In order to be eligible for this home, you must have SDA funding as part of your NDIS plan. You will also be required to pay a Reasonable Rent Contribution, which is 25% of your Disability Support Pension plus 100% of your Commonwealth Rent Assistance (or equivalent).
